Highly recommend Ramos roofing! Excellent customer service with quick and cost efficient repairs. Justin was great with contacting me and making it a seamless process. He also took the time to explain the repairs needed, what was causing the problem and what can be done to prevent it again. Rich and his team led by Edvin did a fantastic job. Rich quickly responded to my need for assistance after a storm damaged my roof. Justin and Edvin came out to help me with a small siding repair job. The communication from start to finish was impeccable. I couldn't ask for more. In addition the gutter & roofing recommendations were appreciated, but not an over the top fear ladened sales pitch. We had some concerns with our roof and siding and a neighbor recommend Justin and Ramos. Justin was awesome, very nice guy. He was prompt and communicative. He was able to come out the next day to inspect our roof and siding. He was very thorough and honest. Answered all of my questions. The estimate was much better than we expected, very reasonable.
