We had some concerns with our roof and siding and a neighbor recommend Justin and Ramos. Justin was awesome, very nice guy. He was prompt and communicative. He was able to come out the next day to inspect our roof and siding. He was very thorough and honest. Answered all of my questions. The estimate was much better than we expected, very reasonable. Ramos Roofing was excellent to work with especially when my insurance company was difficult to work with. Rich Ramos was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual! Rich was great to work with, he is pleasant and came when he said he would. The work his company did was needed because I was selling the property. There was a large hole in part of the roof so they fixed that and put new shingles up. I highly recommend Ramos Roofing.

I found out about Ramos Roofing from TV ad.  Justin Sommer was assigned to my case.  Justin is very respectful and a delight to work with.  He is professional and knowledgeable. My first experience with Ramos Roofing was exceptional!
Justin Sommer was our technician, and he came the same day I called them!
The estimate was better than I expected, and the service was better than I expected!

Justin checked every aspect of our clogged gutters, and also checked our roof stability!

I contacted Justin at Ramos Roofing to obtain a roof inspection and estimate on possible replacement, if needed.  From the ground, I was completely certain that I needed a new roof. Justin did a thorough inspection of my roof. He provided detailed photos and information regarding potential areas of concern and an estimation of when I would need total replacement.  To my surprise, there was still some life remaining on my existing roof.  Justin was very honest and open about potential future costs.  He also recommended a product to remove existing mold buildup which would further help to extend the life of my existing roof.  Instead of total roof replacement, I opted to do maintenance of potential problem areas and have some of the mold buildup removed. My roof already looks better and it’s only been a few weeks! I know that I will contact Justin at Ramos Roofing when the time comes to replace my roof. Justin was open, honest, and delivered every expectation promised!
